Weekly Drop-in session for bioinformatics analysis with nextflow and nf-core

Description:

This regular drop-in session is for everyone seeking advice on using, modifying or creating nextflow-based or nf-core bioinformatics data analysis workflows.

An experienced nextflow and nf-core user, maintainer and developer will be available for questions and answers in that time. The session is (with few exceptions) open Fridays 10am to 11am (Germany/ Berlin time). No registration required.

Alternatively, get advice anytime on nf-core pipelines in slack or github.
